The mission of the Calton Hill Conservation Trust is to protect the hill — and that includes nature. We are pursuing discussions with all parties involved to avoid this ever happening again.
We are developing a biodiversity management plan, complementary to the general Calton Hill Management Plan of 2017, with a grant from Inspiring Scotland, and it is important that the work of the experts who are contributing to this work is understood and respected.
