The Benefact Group ‘Movement for Good’ is holding draws on 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 March to offer one hundred £1,000 grants to registered charities. Calton Hill Conservation Trust qualifies for this, as we are registered with OSCR in Scotland, number SC053572.
Obtaining this kind of award is important for us because the money is not strictly reserved to a particular project or purpose, like most grants, but can be used for general administrative expenses and equipment — for which we are always short of cash!
