‘Inspiring Scotland’ is giving us a grant to cover the costs of three nature surveys — for vegetation, invertebrates and mammals (including bats).
Information from the surveys will contribute to a biodiversity management plan for the hill, intended to complement the 2017 Management Plan, which covered everything except nature.
Our application was one of only 14 approved out of 58 projects! It is worth £2828 — the whole amount for which we applied.
