A roe deer (Capreolus capreolus), possibly a juvenile, was seen on the hill on the 16th, followed by a roebuck on Regent Walk on 22 July. We also received a report of another (or the same?) roebuck in London Road Gardens on 28 July.
We understand there are a few roe deer in Holyrood Park. So they may have come from there.
