The Calton Hill Conservation Trust, Café Calton and the Collective Gallery have purchased 240 square metres of turf to restore and re-grass an area in front of the National Monument. This is being coordinated with the City of Edinburgh Council who’ve undertaken to provide top soil and other assistance.
The turf will be delivered on the morning of Wednesday 12 November and we will lay it that day from 11.00 — and if necessary on following days.
We need a dozen volunteers to lay the turf!
